Aoife Harrington (MSc, BA Psychol, Reg. Psychol. PsSI, MBPsS)

Corporate Psychologist

Aoife is a Registered Work and Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and a Member of the British Psychological Society, graduating with a BA in Psychology from NUI Galway and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School. Aoife is extensively involved in people selection, assessment and development and has conducted in-depth research in personality theory and its application. Aoife specialises in the use of psychometric assessments for selection and development and is qualified to administer, interpret and report on many psychometric instruments including the 16PF, MBTI and EQ-i, as well as a range of cognitive and reasoning assessments.

Aoife is an accredited executive and life coach and  heads up the development, roll-out and delivery of DavittCorporatePartners career coaching programmes and also interviewing for success workshops. Aoife is involved in researching and norming new psychometric instruments and is a regular contributor to DCP’s ‘News and Articles’ feature on their website.

Aoife is currently taking a career break to travel across Asia and work in Australia. She plans to return towards the end of 2012/beginning of 2013.
