David Keane (MSc, Reg. Work & Org. Psychol., AFPsSI, MBPsS)
Director & Senior Corporate Psychologist
David is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow with the Psychological Society of Ireland, a Member of the British Psychological Society, and is licensed to use all psychometric assessments. He holds an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from DCU, a post-graduate diploma in statistics from TCD, and a diploma in Executive Coaching. He is an Accredited Executive Coach with the International Institute of Coaching (IIC).
He specialises in the use of psychometrics for selection and development, executive coaching, team skills training, leadership development and building emotional intelligence as well as other areas of applied corporate psychology and HR.
Much of his time is spent working as a coach on leadership development and talent management programmes as well as high level selection initiatives. He frequently works with executive search firms to assist them in the selection of the highest calibre candidates.
Prior to joining DavittCorporatePartners in 2002, he worked in recruitment and sales in financial services and in human resources in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
