Geraldine O’Dowd (HRM FCIPD)

Senior Associate

Davitt Corporate Partners would like to welcome our newest Associate who brings with her over 15 years experience in the specialist use of psychometric analysis within HR and Organisational Psychology, Geraldine has worked with some of Ireland’s leading companies. She has assessed in excess of 1,000 candidates with a focus on middle and senior management roles. Some of her areas of expertise include selection, development, succession planning, and outplacement. She is also an experienced trainer. Geraldine has a Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Geraldine has worked in the Selection & Development Unit at Bank of Ireland and as a Career Planning Specialist with Carr Communications. She has also worked on projects for Elan and Intel and carried out assessments for a very diverse range of organisations including RBS, Pioneer, Keelings, Coillte, and the Irish Credit Union.
