You will find the Aircoach terminal is directly outside the main entrance/exit of the 'Arrivals' level of Dublin Airport. Take the Aircoach routed to Leopardstown/Sandyford and get off at the Burlington Hotel. The office is approximately 100 metres from the bus stop on the opposite side of the road. Go through Donnybrook along Morehampton Road and onto Leeson Street Upper. Stay in the left hand lane as you see junctions for Wellington Place and Waterloo Road approaching on your right. Our offices are directly across from the junction of Waterloo Road on your left just after BCP Asset Management and immediately before the traffic lights.

After crossing the canal heading south, you will pass the Burlington Hotel on your left. Go past the Burlington and straight through the junction of Waterloo Road and Leeson Street Upper. Due to the lay out of the traffic lights you cannot turn right into our offices, therefore, take the first left after Waterloo Road, which is Wellington Place. Make a U-turn and come back across Leeson Street Upper and go into the far lane – the turn into our offices is on your left just after BCP Asset Management and immediately before the traffic lights.
