At DavittCorporatePartners we utilise well-validated psychometric assessments as the basis for the executive coaching process. The coaching process itself involves a series of one-to-one meetings between the coach and the client over a period of 9-12 months. Each session typically lasts up to 2 hours and builds incrementally on the previous one. As well as facilitating learning and development, the coach will be integrally involved in helping the client to develop and grow their personal and professional development plan and will set milestones with the client to be reached between the coaching sessions.
