Over the past 25 years, Adrienne has established an organisation of global alliance comprising elite business partners who provide bespoke services in executive selection and development. She works with the top people in the most successful businesses to achieve critical levels of leadership effectiveness and deliver extraordinary business results. Adrienne works outside of Ireland about 50% of her time in both selection and coaching and Davitt Corporate Partners work with a range of executive search organisations providing objective data and feedback to boards in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and, increasingly, Asia.
Adrienne coaches to board level, is a leading contributor to the area of applied corporate psychology and continuously seeks to bring innovative, creative and flexible solutions to organisational design, top talent management and people development issues. Working with individuals to inspire personal career ownership is an area of particular interest as is the creation and development of leadership teams at the highest level. She has years of experience in coaching and mentoring senior executives through change and challenges to success.
Adrienne is an Associated Fellow, Chartered Psychologist, and Chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, and an Affiliate of the American Psychological Association. She is also a Member of the European Association of Work & Organisational Psychologists (EAWOP), the Institute of Directors, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the International Association of Coaching.
