Andrew is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Senior Associate of DavittCorporatePartners since its inception. He has a profound knowledge of what drives effective leadership and applies this in a practical and meaningful way. As a master practitioner in the design and application of Assessment Centres for senior management selection and development he has published on the critical areas for success in the assessment of executives.
In addition, Andrew is a highly experienced facilitator in terms of strategic thinking and planning to top teams, career management to the corporate sector and is licensed to administer and interpret the widest range of psychometric instruments including the 16PF and MBTI. His never ending curiosity about people and what makes them successful is a constant source of motivation and inspiration both to our team and our clients.
He has many years industry experience prior to entering consultancy and contributes constantly to the drive for excellence, new thinking and creative problem-solving which characterises how DavittCorporatePartners work.
