Jayne is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist and is licensed to use all psychometric assessments. She holds an MSc. In Work and Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University, a BA in Irish and English from University College Dublin, a BA in Behavioural Science from the American College Dublin and Diplomas in Executive Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
She specialises in assessment for selection, as well as development purposes and has assessed hundreds of candidates for our clients, for roles ranging from Middle Manager to C Suite level, ensuring that clients are confident that their candidates are the most suitable for the role in question, in terms of ability and potential, but also in terms of organisational fit and personality.
Jayne is also an executive coach and enjoys helping people identify and build on their strengths as well as work on areas for development. She works with individuals at all stages of their careers, helping them shape and decide on the direction they want their career to take and facilitating them in terms of realising their goals by breaking them down into manageable steps.
