Experience

Jeremy has worked in psychometric test publishing and HR consulting industries for over 20 years. Prior to this he spent 7 years as an Officer in the British Army.  Over this time, he consulted widely with hundreds of organisations including many leading FTSE 500 firms. In 2006, Jeremy became Director of ASE, the UK’s most well-established occupational testing firm owned by the National Foundation for Educational Research. He transformed the business from a traditional paper test publisher to an award-winning online test provider implementing the latest online technologies. In 2008 Jeremy became the UK Managing Director of global assessment firm SHL PreVisor. He was their UK spokesperson on the concept of measuring ROI using Big Data and through linking assessments to business results.  As well as working with clients on all forms and levels of recruitment and employee development assessment, he has been operating at the vanguard of HR innovation developing the first online automated job analysis tool called Cymbion (2006) and the first competency selectable personality instrument with interview prompts (2007).

More recently, he undertook a project to oversee the redesign of the entire suite of recruitment assessments for the British Army which included randomised item bank technology and AVATAR simulations used within situational judgement tests.

In launching Talent Strengths in 2011, the organisation has broken new ground in assessments technology with the world’s first auto creation “pick and pull” personality tool the TSPQ.
