Kirsi is a Chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist and a qualified Business & Executive Coach. She holds a BA in Psychology from National University of Ireland Maynooth, an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from University of Limerick and is a Chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), as well as a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She is a registered Psychometric test user in Occupational Ability and Personality Testing with the British Psychological Society (BPS RQTU) and holds a Diploma in Counselling Psychology from The Institute of Commercial Management.
Kirsi is particularly passionate about recognising and celebrating individual differences as well as applying psychological principles, coaching techniques, and psychometric assessments to increase one’s self-awareness and self-management. She spends much of her time assessing candidates for our clients and also coaches individuals to help them overcome challenges and to reach their full potential. Kirsi also has a significant interest in the area of Diversity & Inclusion and enjoys researching the challenging topic and exploring it from a psychological perspective.
